摘    要:对松墨天牛成虫采用爬行、跗节、喷雾3种方式接种金龟子绿僵菌MaYTTR-04后的带菌量和死亡率进行了比较试验,结果表明:不同接种方式松墨天牛体的带菌量间差异极显著(F=79.179,P=0.0001),其中爬行接种的接种量最大,达到(5.60±0.49)×106孢子.成虫-1,是跗节接种的4倍多;接种后15 d,各处理天牛累计死亡率均达100%;模拟各处理毒力回归方程发现,爬行接种的方程的斜率最大,说明处理后天牛在致死中时(LT50)后期死亡速率较快,爬行、喷雾、跗节接种的LT50分别为5.3 d、6.8 d和6.9 d。综合分析表明,3种方式接种绿僵菌后松墨天牛的致死率非常高,其中爬行接种效果最好。可为松墨天牛的生物防治提供有效的施菌技术。

Abstract:Inoculum amount and mortality of Monochamus alternatus after it was inoculated with Metarhizium anisopliae MaYTTR-04 by crawling,tarsi-attaching and spraying was compared.Results showed that the difference(F=79.179,P=0.0001) between the inoculum amount of M.alternatus with different inoculation styles was extremely significant.The inoculum amount with crawling method reached(5.60±0.49)×106 spores/adult,which was four times and more than tarsi-attaching method.The accumulative total death rate of M.alternatus reached 100% with different methods after 15 days of inoculating.Then virulence regression equations of bioassay were simulated,the slope of regression equation with crawling method was the biggest,which meant the death rate was the fastest for M.alternatus during dieing(LT50) after treatment.The LT50 with crawling,spraying and tarsi-attaching methods were 5.3,6.8 and 6.9 days respectively.Generally the mortality of M.alternatus was very high after inoculated with M.anisopliae by 3 different methods,but the crawling method was the best.It might provide effective technology of applying bactenum for M.alternatus biological control technology.
