| Abstract: | This paper took Sanming City as an example,analyzing the current situation of ecological public welfare forests,the current policy of forest ecological compensation and its existing problems.It focused on the connotation and definition of forest ecological benefit,and the assessing approach.It put forwards the suggestions of constructing a system of forest ecological benefit compensation so as to provide scientific fundamentals for constituting policies of forest ecological benefit compensation. |
