| 摘 要： | 云南省瑞丽市生态条件优越,竹藤种质资源极其丰富,是发展竹产业条件最优越的地区之一,也是建立竹藤种质资源收集保存繁育基地最为理想的地区。结合瑞丽珍稀竹藤种质资源保存繁育基地建设项目实施,对26种优良大型丛生竹种首次进行截秆移植无性繁殖试验,平均生根成活率为59.6%,观测时已发新笋355枝,最高为云南甜竹(83.3%)和潞西大竹(80.8%),最低为锡金龙竹(20%)和金丝巨竹(20%)。结合试验结果,对10个重要竹种进行了评价。
