刚竹属3个竹种根际土壤微生物群落结构

摘    要:采集江西省林科院竹种园刚竹属3个竹种——毛竹、雷竹及黄秆乌哺鸡竹根际土壤作为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术比较3个竹种根际土壤微生物群落结构,分析其种类及多样性的差异。结果表明:不同竹种根际微生物群落结构具有一定差异性。3个竹种根际土壤细菌群落在各级分类水平上组分相似,构成比例差异不大。真菌群落在各级分类水平上组分相似,构成比例差异显著。在3个竹种中毛竹和雷竹根际土壤固氮菌群落构成组分及比例都更接近。由此可见,不同竹种的根际微生物群落都有其特异性,因此在培育中应对不同的竹种选择施用适当的微生物菌肥,以促进竹种根际土壤优势菌群的形成,进而促进竹种的生长。

Abstract:The study collects the rhizosphere soil of Phyllostachys edulis, Ph. praecox, and Ph. vivax f. aureocaulis in the bamboo garden of Jiangxi Academy of Forestry and use the high throughput sequencing technology to compare the microbial community structure in these rhizosphere soils and then to analyze the differences in species and diversity among them. The results show that the microbial community structure of different bamboo rhizosphere soil are different, the bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of 3 bamboo species are similar in components at all levels of classification, and their composition ratios have no significant difference; the fungal communities are similar in component at all levels of classification, but there are significant differences in composition ratios, and the components and composition ratio of azotobacter communities in the rhizosphere soil of Ph. edulis and Ph. praecox are more similar. It can be seen that the rhizosphere microbial communities of different bamboo species have their specificity. Therefore, suitable and efficient microbial fertilizers should be selected and applied for different bamboo species in their cultivation so as to promote the formation of dominant bacteria communities in the rhizosphere soil of bamboo and thus promote the growth of bamboo.
