摘    要:龙竹是丛生竹中适应性最强、产量最高、用途最广的竹种,推广龙竹栽培可有助于山区林农脱贫致富。文章试验研究了龙竹组培快繁的适宜技术条件。结果表明:外植体的年龄影响组培效果,以半年生苗播种枝条为最佳;在培养基中添加100 mg/L的GA3能够促进种子的发芽;2.3 g/L的KNO3对于黄化外植体具有较好的复绿效果;组培苗移栽后的土壤基质以泥炭土+红土+珍珠岩混合基质为最好。

Abstract:Dendrocalamus giganteus Munro is the species with the best adaptation, the highest yield and the widest use, and the promotion of its cultivation is conducive to eradicating poverty in mountainous areas. The paper studied with experiments the appropriate technology for the fast propagation of this species. The results showed that the age of its explants was the factor to influence the tissue culture effect and the 0.5-year-old bamboo seedling was the best for propagation; the adding of 100 mg/L GA3 into the culture medium could facilitate the seeds to bud; 2.3 g/L KNO3 was effective for the yellowing explants to resume the green color; and the matrix of peat soil, laterite and pearlite was the best for the soil medium where the tissue culture seedlings would be transplanted.
