贯彻落实《关于加快推进竹产业创新发展的意见》 努力开创竹产业高质量发展的新局面

2021年11月国家林业和草原局联合国家发展改革委、科技部、工业和信息化部、财政部、自然资源部、住房和城乡建设部、农业农村部、中国银保监会、中国证监会等部门，在充分调研、广泛征求意见的基础上形成并印发了《关于加快推进竹产业创新发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。这是国家部委首次联合出台关于竹产业的指导性文件，在中国竹产业发展历史中具有里程碑意义。文章从《意见》出台的重大意义、主要内容、亮点等方面对《意见》进行解读，并对《意见》的贯彻落实提出了要求。

Implementation of the Opinions on Accelerating the Innovative Development of Bamboo Industry for Promoting High-quality Development of Bamboo Industry

In November 2021, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration teamed up with National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue the Opinions on Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Bamboo Industry after full investigation and extensive consultation. This is the first time that national ministries and commissions have jointly issued a guiding document on bamboo industry, which is a milestone in the development process of China’s bamboo industry. This paper interprets the significance, main contents and highlights of the Opinions and puts forward requirements for its implementation.
