| 摘 要： | 总结了近10年来我国竹子组织培养技术研究进展情况。以论文和技术专利为表现载体,主要内容涉及外植体的选择与消毒、培养基配方、试管植株移植等方面所取得的研究成果;针对竹子组织培养过程中污染、褐化、玻璃化、生长衰退等问题提出了应对措施;对未来竹子组织培养研究与发展的趋势进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The research advance on bamboo tissue culturing technology in the last decade was summarized in this paper. Based on the review of papers and patents, the paper was focused on the research results mainly in terms of selection and disinfection of explants, medium formulation, and the transplantation of in vitro seedlings. Measures were put forward against the contamination, browning, vitrification and growth recession occurring in the bamboo tissue culturing. The future research and development trend of bamboo tissue culturing was also prospected. |
