交错层积竹板抗弯承载力计算方法

摘    要:为研究并验证交错层积竹(CLB)板的抗弯承载力的计算方法,采用正交胶合木构件的抗弯承载力计算方法,计算了交错层积竹板的最大破坏拉应力,并与基于2组CLB板四点弯曲试验所得的试验结果进行对比。结果表明,采用《木结构设计规范》、机械连接梁理论和复合理论计算的交错层积竹板的最大破坏拉应力与试验所得结果的差异均在10%以内,其中基于《木结构设计规范》和复合理论的计算方法计算出的交错层积竹板的最大破坏拉应力与试验所得结果的差异在5%以内,可以用作CLB板抗弯承载力的计算方法。

Abstract:In order to study and verify the calculation method of flexural capacity of cross laminated bamboo (CLB) slab, the maximum tensile stress of CLB slab is calculated using the flexural capacity calculation method of cross-laminated timber components, and the results are compared with those obtained from two groups of four point bending tests of CLB slab. The result shows that the error between the maximum stress of the CLB slab, which is calculated using the Code for the Design of Wood Structures, Gamma Method and K Method, and the actual test results is less than 10%, while the error is within 5% if only the Code for the Design of Wood Structures and K Method are used. It is suggested that the latter could be used as the calculation method for the flexural bearing capacity of CLB slabs.
