竹荪菌栽培研究进展

摘    要:竹荪菌(Dictyophora indusiata)是寄生在植物根部的一种大型食用菌,具有很高的营养价值、经济价值和生态价值。文章总结了竹荪菌生理生态学研究、驯化与栽培技术研究的最新进展,分析和探讨了我国竹荪开发利用所面临的机遇与挑战。

Abstract:Dictyophora indusiata, a large edible fungus parasitic on plant roots, is of high nutritional, economic and ecological values. This paper summarized currentadvances in the study of D. indusiata in terms of physiological and ecological functions as well as acclimatization and cultivation technologies in China. The opportunities and challenges in the development ofD. indusiata in China were analyzed and discussed.
