摘    要:【目的】为了解不同氮磷钾配比施肥条件下云南蓝果树的抗旱性生理特征,建立云南蓝果树幼苗最佳施肥技术方案,为其种苗繁育提供理论依据,进而促进其保护措施的有效实施。【方法】以云南蓝果树1年生幼苗为研究对象,根据"3414"肥料效应试验设计,研究不同氮磷钾配比施肥对云南蓝果树幼苗可溶性蛋白(SP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)6个生理指标的影响。【结果】除丙二醛外,其余测定指标在施肥处理条件下的值均高于不施肥处理,整体表现为不施肥(N0P0K0)<缺氮(N0P2K2)<缺钾(N2P2K0)<缺磷(N2P0K2),说明云南蓝果树幼苗抗旱性生理指标对氮肥的依赖性最强,其次是钾肥和磷肥;氮磷钾配施时,中氮中磷低钾(N2P2K1)水平下的值最优;根据拟合的一元二次方程,云南蓝果树幼苗的试验理论最佳氮、磷、钾施肥量分别为5.28、0.99和2.97 g/株;肥效的发挥还受到三者彼此间互作的影响,在中氮、低钾(N2K1)水平时利于磷肥肥效的发挥,中氮、中磷(N2P2)水平时利于钾肥肥效的发挥,中磷、低钾(P2K1)水平利于氮肥肥效的发挥,这与中氮中磷低钾(N2P2K1)水平下云南蓝果树抗旱性指标最优是一致的。【结论】适当施肥会增强云南蓝果树幼苗的生理生化过程,中氮、中磷、低钾水平处理下表现最好。

Abstract:【Objective】In order to study the physiological characteristics of drought resistance of Nyssa yunnanensis seedlings under different fertilization conditions,and establish the optimal fertilization program,the results provided a theoretical basis for the breeding of N.yunnanensis seedlings,and promote the effective implementation of conservation strategies.【Method】Based on the experimental design of“3414”fertilizer experiment,we studied the effects of different N,P and K fertilization on 6 physiological indexes of drought resistance,such as SP,SOD,POD,CAT,Pro and MDA.【Result】The activities of POD,SOD and CAT as well as the contents of proline(Pro)and soluble protein(sp)in N.yunnanensis seedlings significantly decreased but MDA under the condition of fertilization was higher than that under the condition of no fertilization.The overall performance is:no fertilization(N0P0K0)
