| 摘 要： | 从土样中分离到109株放线菌,采用对峙培养法、发酵产物活性测定及离体接种试验进行拮抗菌的筛选,结果表明:以油茶炭疽病菌作为指示菌,通过平板对峙培养初步筛选出抑菌效果较好的F1、F5、F9、F10、F22、F23、F38、F53 8个菌株,其抑菌带宽度在12.5～20.5 mm,占分离到放线菌总数的7.3%,其中F10抑菌效果最强;复筛表明8个菌株对供试的7种植物病原菌均有抑制作用,F9、F10对油茶炭疽病菌、油茶根腐病菌抑菌效果明显。菌株发酵产物的抑菌活性测定表明8个菌株的发酵液能完全抑制油茶炭疽病菌的生长,效果明显;发酵滤液抑菌率为5.6%～38.8%,效果不明显,抑菌率超过30.0%的只有F9、F10 2个菌株;发酵灭活液均无抑菌活性。离体接种试验表明F9、F10 2个菌株无伤接种防治效果达80%,而刺伤接种防治效果只有10%～20%,但发病程度轻。

| Abstract: | One hundred and nine strains of actinomycetes were isolated from of soil samples.Antagonistic actinomycetes were selected by using confrontation culture method,activity determination of fermentation products and inoculation test in vitro.
