摘    要:以加工淀粉后的野葛残渣为原材料,以进食量、食物利用系数、小肠推进率、小肠吸收为评价指标,分别讨论了以酶法和化学法制备的葛根膳食纤维对小白鼠消化吸收功能的影响情况.结果表明:与空白对照组相比,酶法和化学法制备的中、高浓度的膳食纤维能显著地促进小白鼠的摄食量和体质量(p<0.01),酶法制备的中浓度膳食纤维可显著增加小白鼠的食物利用系数(p<0.05);酶法制备的中、高浓度的膳食纤维和化学法制备的中浓度的膳食纤维可显著增加小白鼠的小肠推进率(p<0.01),并能明显增强小白鼠的小肠吸收能力,从而促进小白鼠的正常生长.

Abstract:The digestion-absorption function of mice was investigated with the pueraria dregs, from which starch was separated and dietary fiber (DF) processed by enzyme-method and chemical method, by measuring the feeding weight, the alimental using coefficient, the alvine advance rate and the alvine absorbing. The results show that the middle and high concentrations of Pueraria DF can significantly promote the feeding quantity and the body weight of the mice (p<0.01) and the middle concentration of DF by enzyme-method can obviously enhance the alimental using coefficient (p<0.05) as compared with the control group. The middle and high concentrations of DF by enzyme-method and the middle concentrations of DF by chemical method can significantly facilitate the alvine advance rate (p<0.01) and significantly improve the alvine absorbing function. It is concluded that the Pueraria dietary fiber can promote the normal growth of mice.
