摘    要:【目的】研究不同海拔典型森林土壤中土壤微生物碳代谢特征与差异。【方法】在山西省历山选取了7种典型植物群落,即亚高山草甸(C1),华山松纯林(C2),红桦、榆树、五角枫、辽东栎阔叶混交林(C3),榆树、核桃楸、青皮椴、辽东栎阔叶混交林(C4),白桦、青皮椴、核桃楸、华北落叶松、油松针阔混交林(C5),白皮松、油松针叶混交林(C6)、油松纯林(C7)作为实验样地。采用BIOLOG技术,研究其碳代谢指纹的特征与差异。【结果】结果表明:反映微生物活性的平均颜色变化率(average well color development,AWCD)的大小顺序为C5> C1> C4> C3> C6> C7> C2,且相互之间差异显著(P <0.05),即白桦、青皮椴、核桃楸、华北落叶松、油松针阔混交林土壤中微生物群落利用碳源的能力最强,华山松纯林最低;土壤微生物代谢多样性指数同样反映这一规律。【结论】1)各植被类型下土壤微生物群落对各碳源的利用的主成分分析研究结果表明,不同植被类型下土壤微生物代谢碳源程度各异。2)综合31种碳源的利用,碳水化合利用率最高,其次依次为氨基酸、羧酸类、多聚类、酚酸类,胺类碳源的利用率最小。3)土壤微生物代谢多样性与海拔梯度并无规律性关系,而与地上植物的种类和数量密切相关。

Abstract:【Objective】To study the characteristics and differences of soil microbial carbon metabolism in typical forest soils at different altitudes.【Method】we selected seven typical plant communities as the sample plot in Lishan,Shanxi Province,including to subalpine meadow(C1),forest of Pinus armandii(C2),broad-leaved mixed forest of Betula albo-sinensis,Ulmus pumila,Acer oliverianum,Quercus wutaishanica(C3),broad-leaved mixed forest of Ulmus pumila,Juglans mandshurica,Tilia tuan,Quercus wutaishanica(C4),theropencedrymion of Betula platyphylla,Tilia tuan,Juglans mandshurica,Larix principis-rupprechtii,Pinus tabulaeformis(C5),Coniferous mixed forest of Pinus bungeanaPinus tabulaeformis(C6),forest of Pinus tabulaeformis(C7),BIOLOG technology was used to study the characteristics and differences of carbon metabolism fingerprints.【Result】The results showed:the average well color development(AWCD)reflecting microbial activity is in order:C5>C1>C4>C3>C6>C7>C2,in other words,the ability of the microbial community to utilize the carbon source in the soil of theropencedrymion of Betula platyphylla,Tilia tuan,Juglans mandshurica,Larix principis-rupprechtii,Pinus tabulaeformis(C5)is the strongest,Pinus armandii forest is the least.【Conclusion】Soil microbial metabolic diversity index also reflects this rule.The results of principal component analysis of soil microbial community utilization of carbon sources under different vegetation types showed that the degree of soil microbial metabolic carbon sources was different under different vegetation types.According to the utilization of 31 kinds of carbon sources,carbohydrate utilization rate is the highest,followed by amino acids,carboxylic acids,multi-cluster,phenolic acids,and amine carbon utilization rate is the lowest.Soil microbial metabolic diversity has no regular relationship with altitude gradient,but is closely related to the species and quantity of aboveground plants.
