不同相对光照强度对岩白菜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:采用人工遮阴的方法,以滇产岩白菜为试验材料,研究了不同相对光照强度(全光照CK、遮阴40%、30%和20%)对其全株生物量、叶片生物量、根状茎生物量、叶片生物量比、根状茎生物量比、根冠比、岩白菜素及熊果苷含量、岩白菜素和熊果苷单株产量10个指标的影响。结果表明,(1)全光照对照的岩白菜所测定性状均极显著地低于3个遮阴处理的岩白菜;(2)3个遮阴处理间在株叶片干重和岩白菜素单株产量上存在差异,但未达到显著水平;在岩白菜素含量上,遮阴40%和30%处理问差异不显著,但两者极显著地高于遮阴20%处理;(3)根状茎生物量比和根冠比在40%处理下最大,而叶生物量比是在遮阴30%处最大;(4)在根状茎单株生物量、单株生物量、熊果苷含量和熊果苷株产4个指标上,40%光强处理极显著地高于遮阴30%和20%的2个处理,遮阴30%和遮阴20%两个处理间差异不显著。综合10个产量和品质指标,遮阴40%为栽培岩白菜的最佳相对光照强度。

Abstract:Artificial shading method was used to study the effects of different relative light intensity (full exposure CK, shading of 40 % , 30 % and 20 % ) on yield and quality of Bergenia purpurascens. The study results were as follows : ( I ) Three yield characters such as dry weight per plant, leaf dry weight per plant and rhizome dry weight per plant, and four quality characters namely bergenin content, arbutin content, bergenin yield per plant and ar- butin yield per plant of B. purpurascens under 100 % relative light intensity (CK) were extremely significantly lower than those under three shading treatments. (2) There was no significant difference among three shading treatments in leaf dry weight per plant and bergenin yield per plant. There was no significant difference between shading 40 % and 30 % treatments in bergenin content but these two treatments were extremely significantly better than shading 20 % treatment in bergenin content. (3) Shading 40 % treatment was extremely significantly better than shading 30 % and 20 % treatments in root mass ratio and root-top ratio, shading 30 % treatment was extremely significant- ly better than shading 40 % and 20 % treatments in leaf mass ratio. (4) 40 % treatment was extremely signifi- cantly better than shading 30 % and 20 % treatments in dry weight per plant, rhizome dry weight per plant, arbutin content and arbutin yield per plant but the latter two treatments did not have significant difference in above four characters. Based on comprehensive analysis of ten studied characters, 40 % was the most suitable relative light intensity for the cultivation of B. purpurascens.
