黑木耳丰产技术研究

摘    要:通过对黑木耳丰产栽培技术20a研究和实践,总结黑木耳丰产的3个关键问题是:菌种,耳木边材量,技术管理,优质菌种比劣质菌种可提高产量87.1%,边材量多的耳木比少的提高产量62.9%,所以必须选择优质菌种和边材量多的耳木,昌黑木耳丰产的保证,主要是发好菌,使菌种定植在耳木中,再经干湿交替管理,以保证优质菌种和耳木边材发挥最大经济效应。

Abstract:Through studies and practices of 20 years on high yield cultivation techniques of black Jew's Ear,3 key questions that are species of fungus ,alburnum volume of wood and technical management in production of black Jew's Ear are summarized.The yield of black Jew's ear of fine species of fungus may increases by 87.1% than that of inferior species,the yield of wood which alburnum volume is large increases by 62.9% than that of wood which alburnum volume is small,so fine species of fungus and wood which alburnum volume is large must be selected. Technical management is guarantee for high yield of black Jew's Ear,it mainly ensures that fungus develop well to have species of fungus set in the wood,and that maximum economic benefit of fine species of fungus and alburnum of wood can be brought into full play through alternative management of dry and wet.
