中央财政林业科技推广项目实施回顾与思考

通过总结回顾了2009年以来湖南省林业科学院承担中央财政林业科技推广项目所取得的成效与经验,提出了项目实施过程中存在的一些问题,并就更好地提升中央财政林业科技推广资金项目成效,从管理层面提出了建立长期的投入激励机制,以成果完成单位作为项目承担单位,进一步优化项目经费预算的思考。

Review and thinking on the central financial forestry science and technology promotion project implementation

The experiences and achievements of the central financial forestry science and technology promotion project since 2009 undertaken by Hunan Academy of Forestry were summarized,and some problems existed in the process of the project implementation were pointed out.In addition,from the management aspects,the thinkings about establishing a long-term investment incentive mechanism,taking the achievements completion units as the project undertaking units,and further optimizing the project funds budget to improve the central financial forestry science and technology promotion project effect better were put forward.
