| 摘 要： | 我国森林保险随全国林权制度改革蔚然兴起，成为人们关注的热点，但在具体实施中存在的问题较多，操作难度大，承保的面不尽人意。通过对森林保险发展过程中面对的困境进行分析，提出了我国森林保险走出困境的新思路。
