摘    要:采用气相色谱法,对自行提取的16个湖南油茶籽样品、湖南本地的20家油茶籽油生产企业生产的油茶籽油进行脂肪酸组成测定,并对不同比例的大豆油、花生油、玉米油、葵花油、菜籽油、米糠油、棕榈油和油茶籽油组成的二元体系的样品进行了脂肪酸组成分析。通过分析脂肪酸组成的变化,建立了应用气相色谱法快速、精准地检测油茶籽油中掺杂大豆油、花生油、玉米油、葵花油、菜籽油、米糠油、棕榈油含量的油茶籽油掺假判定方法。

Abstract:The composition of fatty acids from self-extracted 16 samples of oil-tea Camellia seed and oil-tea Camellia seed oil produced by 20 local enterprises in Hunan Province were measured by gas chromatography, and the fatty acid composition from samples of binary system composed by different ration of oil-tea Camellia seed oil with soybean, peanut, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, rice bran or palm oil were analyzed. A judgment method of adulteration used gas chromatography which could detect the contents of soybean, peanut, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, rice bran or palm oil mixed in oil-tea Camellia seed oil rapidly and precisely was established by analyzing the composition change of fatty acids.
