摘    要:集团化办学是职业教育发展的必然趋势,人才培养离不开行业、企业的主导作用。行业在集团化办学中的主导作用主要表现在:行业发展有利于集团化办学中对学生开展“订单式培养”和“双师型”教师队伍培养以及实训基地建设。充分发挥行业在集团化办学中的主导作用必须通过以下途径来实现:利用行业优势资源,构建集团特色办学机制;以行业为中心,’构建行业、校企共同育人的人才培养模式,从而达到行业、职业教育持续、健康、快速发展。

Abstract:Collectivized Education will be the inevitable trend of development of vocation education. The leading role of enterprise and industrplays a vital role in personnel training. And the role of vocation is displayed in collectivized education as following: The development of industry is in favor of carrying out "order-mode" training to students and "double-qualified teachers" in collectivized education, and the construction of practical training equipment as well. In order to give full play to the leading role of vocation in collectivized education, using industrial advantage resources, structuring group-characteristic mechanism, revolving around the vocation, to build the personnel training mode of common education of vocation and college.
