| 摘 要： | 从杜仲组织培养、遗传多样性、性别相关分子标记、全基因组测序及遗传连锁图谱构建、功能基因和转基因方面对杜仲生物技术育种研究进展总结了杜仲生物技术育种研究进展,并指出了存在的问题及今后的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The present situation,limitation,and outlook in research on biotechnology breeding concluding tissue cul-ture,genetic diversity,sex-linked marker,whole genome sequencing,genetic linkage map,functional gene,and transgene were summarized in this article.This paper also offered a basic reference for the combination of conventional and molecular breeding of Eucommia ulmoides. |
