| 摘 要： | 从我国食用油的生产，贸易和消费现状来分析。加入世贸后我国食用油市场会经受一定的冲击，但对我国所特有的油茶将是一个与国际优质油接轨的好机遇，其对策是要从良种出发，实现基地，生产和综合加工一条龙的油茶产业化生产道路，创出我们自己的油茶优质油品牌。
