| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the construction situation of the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project in Southern Hunan Autonomous Prefecture,the achievements,effects and practices,and the ecological,economical and social benefits of the construction of the project were affirmed.The existing problems in the construction of project and the developing thoughts of the project also pointed in paper. |
