STUDIES ON SIMULATED
PRODUCTION CONDITIONS OF BACTERIAL WILT-ANTAGONISTIC STRAIN 90B4-2-2 |

Abstract: | The simulated production conditions of bacterialwilt-antagonistic strain 90B4-2-2 were studied through culture with different steps and orthogonal test of different medium compositions. The results are summarized as follows. The optimum medium composition is (%): soy bean meal(1.0)+starch(1.5)+yeast powder(0.8). The optimum growth temperature is 30℃. When the strain is cultured for 35 hours on a 200r/min shaker with 70mL medium in 250mL flask at 7.0pH and 4% inoculation level, the total bacterial count is 6.69×109CFU/mL. When the fermentation is done in 1~2 ton fermenters, the final total bacterial counts are 1.85~2.50×1010CFU/mL. |
