摘    要:通过大田试验,采用裂区实验设计的方法研究了不同播期、不同播种密度和不同施肥量对大麦品种“花11”产量和品质的影响。结果表明:适期早播,适当增加基本苗和施肥量有利于增加有效穗数,从而提高产量;适当减少施肥量,控制有效穗数,可防止发生倒伏,有利于提高粒重和籽粒淀粉含量,降低蛋白质含量,提高啤酒大麦的品质。试验认为,可根据播期合理控制基本苗和氮肥,增施磷钾肥,控制有效穗数,从而保证“花11”的优质高产。

Abstract:A split-plot field trail with the barley variety"Hua 11"was carried out to investigate the effects of sowing date,seeding density and fertilizer rate on the grain yield and quality of the barley variety.The results showed that proper early sowing and adequate basic seedlings and fertilizer rate were conducive to increasing the effective tillers and thus improving the yield,while appropriately reducing the fertilizer rate and controlling the effective tillers could prevent lodging,raise the grain weight and the starch content of grain and reduce the protein content,and thus improve the quality of beer barley.From this trail it was concluded that based on different sowing dates the basic seedlings,nitrogen fertilizer rate and effective tillers should be rationally controlled and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer rates should be increased to make sure the high yield and good quality of"Hua 11"barley variety.
