| 摘 要： | 根据猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的M、N基因、伪狂犬病毒和圆环病毒基因序列设计引物,分别应用RT-PCR和PCR方法对上海金山区某养殖猪场疑似为PRRS的送检样品进行检测,结果证实为PRRSV和圆环病毒混合感染。 |

| Abstract: | Four pairs of primers were designed according to the sequences of PRRS virus' M and N genes,pseudorabies virus's gene and porcine circovirus'gene,and detection of the ambiguous PRRS specimens from a piggery in Jinshan District of Shanghai was carried out respectively by RT-PCR and PCR methods.The result showed that there were PRRS virus and porcine circovirus,but not pseudorabies virus. |
