玉簪新优品种离体培养技术的研究

摘    要:以最新引进玉簪系列品种为试材进行离体快繁技术研究,结果表明:以休眠终期玉簪芽尖为外植体进行培养成功率为69.7%;适合多数品种的增殖培养基MS 6-BA 3.0 mg/L IBA 0.1 mg/L,繁殖系数最高达4.9倍;适宜的生根培养基MS ABT 0.3 mg/L,生根率达96.5%,同时生产周期缩短;草炭 珍珠岩(v/v=2/1)是玉簪生长较为理想的移栽基质。

Abstract:The rapid propagation of newly introduced Hosta plantaginea varieties was studied by means of tissue culture.The results showed that when the shoot tips at the end of dormancy period were used as explants, the survival rate was 69.7%.The multiplication medium that was suitable for most varieties of Hosta plantag- inea was MS 3.0mg/L 6-BA 0.1mg/L IBA,and the highest propagation coefficient reached 4.9 times. The appropriate rooting medium was MS 0.3mg/L ABT,and the rooting rate could be up to 96.5%.In the meantime,the period of culture was shortened.Turf perlite (v/v=2/1) was a good transplant substrate for the plantlet growth.
