植物提取液对杨小舟蛾生物活性的影响

摘    要:利用植物提取液对杨小舟蛾的杀虫活性进行了初步筛选。结果表明:苍耳植物提取液对杨小舟蛾2龄幼虫有很强的拒食作用,其种子提取液对杨小舟蛾2龄幼虫24h和48h后的拒食率分别为80.49%和73.58%,茎提取液24h和48h后的拒食率分别为61.26%和65.47%;苍耳种子、茎和乌柏叶提取液对杨小舟蛾幼虫有非常强的毒杀作用,6d后校正死亡率分别为73.32%、72.17%和70.95%。

Abstract:The insecticidal activities of 10 kinds of extracts from 9 plant species were tested against the 2nd instar larvae of Micromelalopha troglodyta.The results showed that the extracts from Xanthium sibiricum had strong antifeeding effects on the larvae.The antifeeding rate of the larvae tested with its seed extract was up to 80.49% in 24 hours and 73.58% in 48 hours,and that tested with its stem extract was 61.26% in 24 hours and 65.47% in 48 hours.The extract from the seeds or stems of X.sibiricum or from the...
