| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国大黄鱼网箱养殖产业的发展历程和对环境的污染现状,从负外部性、公地悲剧、产权模糊以及囚徒困境4个角度分析了大黄鱼网箱养殖污染的经济学根源,指出了科斯手段和庇古手段各自的适用条件,并针对我国国情提出相应的治理对策.

| Abstract: | The development of large yellow croaker marine cage culture industry in China and the present situation of its environmental pollution are briefly reviewed,then the pollution sources of large yellow croaker marine cage culture are economically analyzed in terms of negative externalities,tragedy of the commons,ambiguous property rights and prisoner's dilemma,and finally the conditions of using Coase and Pigou means are discussed respectively,and also some countermeasures to control the pollution are proposed... |
