| 摘 要： | 采用PCR方法对供试的蛹虫草栽培用亲本菌株及其100株无性孢子单孢分离株的交配型基因类型进行了鉴定。结果显示:栽培用的亲本菌株同时含有MAT-HMG(MAT1-2-1)和MAT-alpha(MAT1-1-1和MAT1-1-2)两种类型交配型基因;100株单孢分离株中,40株只含有MAT-alpha类型交配型基因,25株只含有MAT-HMG类型交配型基因,其余35株含有两种与亲本相同交配型基因。
