混剂噻嗪·哒螨灵的气相色谱分析方法研究

摘    要:以5%OV-101固定相色谱柱,邻苯二甲酸双环己酯为内标物,用FID检测器对噻嗪·哒螨灵混配制剂中2种组分进行气相色谱分离和测定。结果表明:噻嗪·哒螨灵混配制剂中2种组分与杂质得到了有效分离,噻嗪酮和哒螨灵的标准偏差分别为0.117、0.128;变异系数分别为1.11%、1.26%;回收率分别为99.54%~101.36%、99.17%~101.64%;线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9993。

Abstract:With 5%OV-101 fixed phase chromatographic column and dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard,both buprofezin and pyridaben in mixture were separated and determined by a flame ionization detector.The results showed that both buprofezin and pyridaben in mixture and other impurity could be effectively separated,and both buprofezin and pyridaben were respectively 0.117 and 0.128 in standard deviation,1.11%and 1.26%in variation coefficient,99.54%-101.36%and 99.17%- 101.64%in recovery rate,and 0.9995 and 0.99...
