| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外对入境宠物采取的检疫监管措施，分析了2006—2009年上海机场口岸对入境宠物采取强制性隔离检疫措施的实施情况和取得的效果，并针对现场操作的实际情况提出了完善入境宠物强制性隔离监管措施的建议。

| Abstract: | In dealing with the common epidemic diseases of pet animals in the world at present,the paper describes the measures of inspection and quarantine for entry pet animals in some countries and the operative conditions of compulsory quarantine of entry pet animals at Shanghai International Airport during 2006-2009,analyzes the effect of measures to compulsorily quarantine the entry pet animals,and offers some proposals. |
