| Abstract: | The trend of per capita food consumption in Shanghai and the related price and income elasticities were analyzed by statistical method and questionnaire,and Shanghai urban residents' new demand for agricultural and side-line products was made clear through investigating the behavior of consumers,which could serve as the grounds for decisions the government,enterprises and research institutions make in the production,consumption,and research and development. |
