彩色海芋组织培养过程中内生菌的抑制

摘    要:以4个进口彩色涨芋为材料,比较了不同种类抗生素、适宜抗生素的浓度对组织培养过程中内生菌抑制的影响。结果表明,200mg/L的青霉素GK对内生菌抑制的效果最为明显,且不影响组培苗的正常生长。

Abstract:The effects of different kinds and concentrations of antibiotics in me dium on inhibition of endophytic bacteria during calla tissue culture were compa red using 4 calla cultivars. The results showed that medium supplemented with G. K 200mg/L Penicillin could most efficiently inhibit bacteria growth without det riment to normal growth and rapid propagation of tissue cultured plants. 
