摘    要:应用不同剂量的γ射线对大蒜(Allium sativum)、甘薯(Ipomoea batatas)、酸枣(Zizyphus jujubavar.spinosus)、木薯(Manihot esculenta)和茉莉(Jasminum sambac)等5种植物的愈伤组织进行辐照,测定其对愈伤组织生长的影响,进而提出诱发突变辐照剂量的适合范围。

Abstract:The calli of garlic(Allium sativum), sweet potato(Ipomoea batata),spine date(Zizyphus jujuba var.spinosus),cassava(Manihot esculenta) and Arabian jasmine(Jasminum sambac) were irradiated by gamma ray at different irradiation doses and then the effects of gamma ray on the calli growth were measured.The proper ranges of irradiation dose to induce mutation were put forward according to the experimental analysis.
