黄浦江水源保护区农业面源污染控制对策研究

摘    要:近年来黄浦江流域农业面源污染呈上升趋势,郊区小河道水质普遍下降,总氮、总磷指标基本为劣V类水。黄浦江流域农业面源污染除同苏、浙异地来水有关外,还与本地畜禽养殖,化肥、农药流失,农村生活污染,水产网箱养殖等诸因素密切相关。本研究分析了上海黄浦江水源保护区农业面源污染的成因与来源,提出了上海农业面源污染的控制对策,即采用技术调控和政策调控相结合,重点治理畜禽养殖和农田养分流失,加强对农村生活污染的治理力度,对农业面源污染进行源头控制。

Abstract:The causes of the formation of non-point agricultural pollution of the Huangpu River conservation zone were analyzed and several countermeasures to control the pollution were put forward,i.e.,combining technical controls with policies,centering on controls of animal breeding and loss of soil nutrients,enhancing the prevention and control of rural domestic pollution,and controlling the source of non-point agricultural pollution.
