| 摘 要： | 为一种新型冷冻盘自动加工机设计一套完整的控制系统.对该冷冻盘机的液压系统和电气系统进行了详细分析,给出了具体的软、硬件实现办法,将液压控制和PLC控制相结合,能够实现冷冻盘的全自动生产.实际应用表明：该机的控制系统工作可靠,能完全满足产品的规格要求.

| Abstract: | A control system was designed for a novel type of automatic freezing tray machine.The control system,by combining hydraulic control and PLC control,could realize the completely automatic operation of the freezing tray.In the mean time,the hydraulic system and electrical system of the freezing tray machine were studied and designed in detail.Real applications showed that the control system was reliable,and could meet all the specific requirements of the products. |
