厦门凤林红树林区土壤可培养微生物数量及细菌类群初探

摘    要:主要探讨了厦门凤林湾秋茄林(Kandelia candel)土壤、秋茄与无瓣海桑(Sonnerratia apetala)混合林土壤与无红树植物生长的对照光滩土壤中3大微生物类群及其数量.实验结果表明:3种土样的微生物中,细菌占有绝对优势,占总菌数的99%以上;秋茄林土样和混合林土样中的细菌和丝状真菌数量明显高于光滩土样,而放线菌数量却低于光滩土样;初步筛选鉴定出秋茄纯林土样中细菌菌种主要是微球菌属(Micrococcus)、异常球菌属(Deinococcus)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),混合土样中细菌菌种主要为异常球菌属和芽孢杆菌属,而从对照光滩土样中分离纯化出的2株菌初步鉴定为微球菌属和不确定菌属(Uncertainty genus).

Study on Cultivable Microbial Number and Bacteria Strains of Mangrove Soil at Fenglin Area of Xiamen

Abstract:The experimental results on the microbial groups in the three different soils which were sampled from the mangrove area,mixed area of mangrove Sonnerratia apetala,and mudflat respectively were presented.According to the results,it was found:1)the bacteria were the majority in the three samples(more than 99 %);2)the bacteria and filamentous fungi in the samples of mangrove area were obviously much more than those of mudflat,but the number of actinomyces was smaller;3)The bacterial strains in the sample of Kandelia candel forest soil were preliminarily identified as Micrococcus,Deinococcus and Bacillus,the bacterial strains in the sample of mixed forest soil were preliminarily identified as Deinococcus and Bacillus,and the bacterial strains in the sample of mudflat as Micrococcus and Uncertainty genus.
