摘    要:采用MUG单管定量检测法对实验室制备的菌悬液、天然海水、水产品进行定量检测,并与大肠埃希氏菌多管发酵法的检测结果进行比对分析.结果表明:MUG单管定量检测法与大肠埃希氏菌多管发酵法对菌悬液、天然海水、水产品的检测结果没有统计学差异;MUG单管定量检测法检测数据的精确性高于大肠埃希氏菌多管发酵法,而且更为快速、经济.因此,该法适用于海水和水产品中大肠埃希氏菌的定量检测.

Detection of Escherichia coli by MUG Single Tube Quantitative Assay Method

Abstract:MUG single tube quantitative assay method was introduced to Escherichia coil assay for bacterial suspensions, natural seawater, and fishery product samples. The detected data was analyzed and compared with multiple tube fermentation method. The results showed: no significant difference was found between the results of single tube quantitative assay method and multiple tube fermentation technique; single tube quantitative assay method showed better accurateness, precision, and reproducibility than multiple tube fermentation technique; single tube quantitative assay method was quicker and more economical. The results indicated that MUG single tube quantitative assay method was suitable for the E-coli enumeration in seawater and fishery products.
