船舶电站物理仿真模拟器的设计与实现

摘    要:为了满足航海类学生对"船舶电站操作"项目的训练和评估要求,基于PLC技术和组态控制技术,设计了船舶电站物理仿真模拟器系统.运用PLC技术设计电站物理仿真盘台上的控制逻辑,实现对船舶电站控制规律的仿真,选用PIMS组态软件设计人机界面,建立组态场景与PLC控制系统的通讯,实现对系统的参数监视和故障设置.该电站模拟器符合《海船船员适任考试和评估大纲》对船舶轮机员规定的实操要求,投入使用后,教学效果明显.

Research and Design of a Marine Power Station Physical Simulator

Abstract:In order to meet the training and assessment of "marine power station operation" for naviga-tion students, a marine power station physical simulator was designed based on PLC technology and configura-tion control technology. The PLC technology was used to design the control logic of power station physical sim-ulator which could achieve emulating the control rules of marine power station. PIMS configuration was select-ed to design man-machine interfaces, and to build communication between configuration scenes with PLC con- trol system, achieving monitoring system parameters and fault settings. The power station simulator could meet the requirements of marine engineer's practical operation which were stipulated in "seafarers' competency test and assessment oudine". The teaching effect was proved to be good after running tests.
