| Abstract: | Through years of work and practice on the scientific survey ship,the authors expounded the basic characteristics of marine engineering management on the scientific survey ship from the aspect of management in equipment,safety and crew.Besides,the fourth generation of management was applied to the marine engine room,and the original management method was improved,so that smooth scientific survey could be ensured. |
