金线莲的大棚栽培及其重要成分分析

摘    要:研究了金线莲大棚栽培过程中影响其生长的因素,包括生长基质、温度、湿度、光照、施肥及抗菌等条件因素.分别对大棚栽培金线莲和野生金线莲进行粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、维生素C、氨基酸以及无机元素等成分含量进行分析对比,结果表明,大棚栽培金线莲的含水量、维生素C、粗蛋白、粗脂肪及氨基酸含量较高,而灰分和总糖分含量则比野生植株的低,说明大棚栽培的金线莲与野生金线莲的营养成分含量有一定差异.大棚栽培的金线莲中,Mn、Fe、Zn、Pb、Cu、Cr、Ni、Co、Cd等9种微量元素的质量比分别为171.1、95.7、78.9、4.8、3.7、1.2、1.1、0.3、0.1 mg/kg.与野生的比较,大棚栽培的金线莲中除元素Ni外,其余元素含量均比野生的低,说明不同生长条件对金线莲营养成分含量有明显的影响,表明金线莲的大棚栽培基质配方有待于进一步优化.

Artificial Cultivation and Important Contents Analysis of Anoectochilus roxburghii

Abstract:The growth factors of Anoectochilus roxburghii cultivated in the greenhouse were studied,including the growth matrix,temperature,humidity,light,fertilization and antibacterial factors.By analyzing the nutrient contents of wild A.roxburghii and that cultivated in the greenhouse,including water content,crude protein and fat,total sugar and vitamin C,it was found that the contents of water,vitamin C,crude protein and fat in the cultivated A roxburghii were higher than those of wild A.roxburghii,while the contents of ash and total sugar were lower.The results indicated that there were some differences in the nutrient contents between the wild and cultivated A.roxburghii.The contents of 9 microelements(Mn,Fe,Zn,Pb,Cu,Cr,Ni,Co,Cd)in cultivated A roxburghii,were 171.1、95.7、78.9、4.8、3.7、1.2、1.1、0.3 and 0.1 mg/kg,respectively.Comparing the cultured A.roxburghii with wild A.roxburghii,the contents of Mn,Fe,Zn,Pb,Cu,Cd,Cr and Co were lower than those of the wild except the content of Ni.It indicated that different growth conditions could obviously affect the contents of A.roxburghii plants,so the matrix formula of artificial should be optimized further.
