摘    要:通过砂培实验,研究了3种保水剂在不同施用浓度下对玉米种子萌发、基质持水性以及幼苗抗旱性能的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的保水剂能提高玉米种子发芽势、基质持水量,增强幼苗抗旱性。其中保水剂A质量浓度为0.20%、保水剂B质量浓度为0.25%、保水剂C质量浓度为0.25%时作用显著,但在保水剂质量浓度高于0.50%时会起到抑制作用。在相同浓度下3种保水剂效果为:保水剂B〉保水剂A〉保水剂C。

Effects of Different Type Water Retention Agents on Maize Germination and Resistant to Drought

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of 3 water retention agents and different concentrations on the germination of seed, vitality index, and water-retaining, as well as the seedling drought resistance of maize by planting in sands . The result shows suitable concentrations can improve potentiality of seed, vitality index, and water-retaining, and can enhance the seedling drought resistance. The optimum concentrations of water retention agents A,B and C are 0.20%, 0.25% and 0.25% respectively. While shows that under the same conditions, the effect of water retention agents is :the water retention agent B〉A〉C.
