关于培养技能型农民的思考

中共党的十七大报告强调,坚持把发展现代农业、繁荣农村经济作为首要任务。发展现代农业是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容,也是当前农业和农村经济工作的主线。培养造就规模宏大的新型农民队伍,切实把农业发展转移到依靠科技进步和提高农村劳动者素质的轨道上来是当务之急,培养技能型农民,坚定不移地走科教兴农、人才强农之路,是发展现代农业的根本途径。

On the Thought of Training Skill Farmer

The report in the Seventcenth National Congress of the CPC stressed, we will continue to take developing modem agriculture and invigorating the rural economy as a primary task, the development of modem agriculture is an important content to build a new socialist eountryside and also the main line of the current agricultural and rural economic work. So it is a pressing task to train a large new farmers, and shifted agricultural development from relying on scientific and technological progress to improving the quality of rural laborers, it is a fundamental way to develop skills of farmers, and unswervingly follow science, education and agriculture, to develop modem agriculture.
