摘    要:以伏山楂品种"左伏3号"为试验材料,进行组织培养和常温离体保存研究。结果表明:左伏3号启动培养的最佳培养基是MS+6-BA1.0 mg.L-1+IAA0.08 mg.L-1,成活率达到93.3%;继代培养的最佳培养基是MS+6-BA0.8 mg.L-1+NAA0.01 mg.L-1,繁殖系数达到5.5;生根培养在1/2MS+NAA0.5 mg.L-1上生根率(31.7%)最高,移栽可成活。0.4~2.0 mg.L-1的PP333不适宜左伏3号的常温离体保存,而CCC 40 mg.L-1和ABA2.0 mg.L-1比较适合。

Hawthorn V left on The 3rd and The Normal Temperature of The Tissue Culture Studies in Vitro Preservation

Abstract:Hawthorn varieties V "left on the 3rd V" as the test material, and at room temperature for tissue culture studies in vitro preservation. The results showed that: V 3, left to start training is the best medium MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg o L - 1 + IAA 0.08 mg o L - 1, the survival rate reached 93.3% ; Subculture is the best medium MS + 6 - BA 0.8 mg o L - 1 + NAA 0.01 mg o L - 1, propagation coefficient of 5.5 ; roots were cultured in 1/2MS + NAA 0.5 mg o L - 1 on the rooting rate (31,7%) the highest, transplanting can be survived. 0.4 -2.0 mg o L - 1 of PP333 inappropriate left at room temperature of V 3 in vitro preservation, and CCC 40 mg o L - 1 and ABA 2.0 mg o L - 1 is more suitable.
