摘    要:黑杨新无性系苗木对土壤氮水平的响应规律是筛选氮素高效型黑杨无性系的重要依据。在温室控制环境条件下,用盆栽试验的方法,以6个黑杨杂交无性系苗木为实验对象,设置对照、低氮、中氮、高氮4个土壤氮水平。测定各无性系在不同氮处理时的生物量、净光和速率、荧光诱导参数和水分利用效率等生长、生理指标。筛选出02—34—334、03—04—111和03—04—1703个在低氮水平下有较高生物量及光合能力的无性系,可作为耐低氮的无性系在中国土壤氮贫瘠的地区试用,也为进一步研究杨树苗木氮利用机理提供了基础数据。

Influence of Soil Nitrogen Level to populus Clones Growth

Abstract:The rules of populus in response to soil N levels is the essential basis of selection of nitrogen-efficient populus clones. Under the greenhouse conditions, biomass, net photosynthetic rate, fluorescence induction parameters and water use efficiency (WUE) of 6 populus clones at 4 N levels of CK, low, medium and high were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that 02-34-334, 03-04-111 and 03-04-170 were the high-nitrogen-efficiency clones that had high yield and photosynthetic ablity under CK and low nitrogen level. These clones would be suitable for barren and arid soil in northern areas of China. This experiment could also apply a basal data for the further study of N use mechanism of populus clones.
