| 摘 要： | 笔者对甘肃省耕地资源情况及耕地资源减少的原因进行分析，并对甘肃省的后备耕地资源情况进行分析，甘肃省的后备耕地资源情况可以实现全省的耕地占补平衡，同时提出了一系列开发后备耕地资源的建议措施。
