| 摘 要： | 实现农村的工业化、城镇化与现代化的发展目标,必须加强农民培训和农村人力资源开发,培养一大批觉悟高、懂科技、善经营的新型农民,全面提高中国农民的思想道德素质和科技文化素质。当前中国农民培训工作不仅与全面建设小康社会和农业现代化的要求还有较大差距,而且还面临着许多需要深入探讨和研究的理论和实践问题。
