| 摘 要： | 从鹅掌楸的茎、叶中分离出内生菌5株，以金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureu）、大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）、枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）、苏云金芽孢杆菌（Bacillus thuringiensis）为供试菌，用杯碟法分别对其液体发酵液进行了抗菌活性的研究。结果表明：鹅掌楸内生菌对4种供试菌有一定的押菌活性，不同组织中内生菌的抑菌活性存在差异，其中J1、Y3对供试菌具有普遍抑茼作用。

| Abstract: | Five strains of endophyte were isolated from the stem and leaf of Liriodendron ehinense. The anti - baterical activity of the fermentation broth was determined by cylinder platemethod to Staphylococcus aureus, Escberichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis. The results showed that five strains had anti - baterical activity that existed difference in different endophyte, and the strains J1 and Y3 had better anti -baeterial activity against the pathogenic bacteria. |
