上部烟叶化学成分的差异分析

摘    要:为了解曲靖市7个原料基地的上部烟叶化学成分协调程度,对各基地烟叶的化学成分包括:总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、钾和氯含量的测定结果表明,烟叶化学成分在各个县(市)区差异均不显著,但各基地县的上部烟叶①总糖和还原糖含量均高于优质烤烟常规化学指标的要求;②总氮、烟碱、氯和钾的含量均符合优质烤烟常规化学指标的要求。因此,各个基地县上部烟叶的化学成分总体比较协调,卷烟厂可以根据原料的需要选取不同基地的烟叶。

Analysis on Chemical Composition of the Upper Leaves

Abstract:In order to understand the coordination degree of chemical constituents of upper leaves in seven raw materials bases of Qujing city, some chemical constituents of tobacco leaf were determinated, as total sugar content, reducing sugar content, total nitrogen content, nicotine content, potassium and chlorine content. The results show that the chemical constituents differences of tobacco leaf in each county (city) zone are not significant, but the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of upper leaves in each base are higher than requirements for conventional chemical indicators of high quality flue-cured tobacco, the content of total nitrogen, chlorine, potassium and nicotine are in line with conventional chemical indicators of high quality flue-cured tobacco. As a result, the chemical constituents of upper tobacco leaves in each base are rather harmonious in comparison with others, leaves of different base may be selected according to requirments of raw materials in cigarette factory.
