摘    要:土壤微生物对土壤植物生态系统中的物质循环和能量流动起着决定作用,在土壤养分转化循环、系统稳定性和抗干扰能力以及土壤可持续发展中占据主导地位,其指标通常被用来评价退化生态系统中生物群系与恢复功能之间的关系.土壤微生物的研究是近年来恢复生态学研究的热点.阐述不同区域、不同植被恢复措施(不同植被类型、不同恢复年限)对土壤微生物的影响,从微生物结构、微生物生物化学特性、微生物功能多样性3个方面分析植被恢复对土壤微生物的影响.随着植被恢复对土壤微生物影响的研究不断完善和改进,综合利用多种方法研究植被恢复对土壤微生物的影响应进一步加强,为植被恢复提供理论依据.

Abstract:The soil microorganism plays an important role in the matter transformation and cycling and the energy run in the soil plant ecosystems,and also plays a leading role in soil nutrient transformation and cycling,system stability and anti-jamming capability and soil sustainable development,and its index usually are used to evaluate the relation between living creatures and the recovery function in the degeneration ecosystems.The study of soil microorganism is the hot spot in the restoration ecology in recent years,this paper summarized the impact of the different vegetation restores measure(different vegetation types,different periods for restoration) in different regions on the soil microorganism,and analyzed the impact of vegetation restoration on the microorganism from the microorganism configuration,microorganism chemic identity and microorganism function diversity.The research about the impact of the vegetation restoration on the soil microorganism should be strengthened with diverse methods in the future,which should provide a basis theory for the vegetation restoration.
